I have cusdody of my 3 grandkids. Ages 2 1/2, 9 1/2 & 11. I also have a 13 year daughter. My 11 year old has been through so much since he was 3. His father past away, his mother is out on the streets using drugs. This has really affected him in a major way. I ask that you keep him in prayer. There are days with all my kids I have were its so hard I just want to cry. I know that i am the example of my house so i myself need prayer. Sometimes i forget to give it to God. We all know we have our flesh and we need friends to talk to. To cry to. To share things with when you are going through something. We know we have God, but common reality we need a spiritual sister to cry to.

Hi All,
I am a working single mom with a very active (athletic) daughter and have a really hard time giving up watching her play Basketball on the weekends; even though I know I need the word and the fellowship. Anyone have any idea's on how to balance the two????????
